Our baby home offers safe accommodation and a loving environment to babies found abandoned, affected and/or infected with HIV/AIDS.
Florida Baby Home
The Florida Baby Home opened its doors twenty years ago and is under the care of dedicated house parents, supported by a team of eight trained baby care givers. This means that there are at least two baby care givers on duty at any given time.
The babies receive holistic care, ensuring their emotional, medical, educational, nutritional and social needs are fully met.
We believe that the first prize for every child is to grow up with his/her biological parents or family and therefore our in-house social worker ensures that everything possible is done to locate these families and reunite them.
Our ultimate focus is to find FOREVER FAMILIES for our very special babies.
We are dependent on the assistance of our local community and volunteers to help make life a little easier for these little ones.
